Next Generation Residential Steel Piling Home

ASAP Engineer has experience with a wide variety of construction methodologies and projects of varying scope s and budgets. This unique piling home located in Santa Rosa County Florida features a cold formed steel (CFS) panelized structural system that meets Miami Dade wind load requirements. The home also features a CFS panelized foam roof panel system that drastically improves the thermal performance of the home.

Our staff designed and produced shop fabrication drawings for this project, in addition to providing the site plan and permit structural drawings. We worked closely with the homeowner to navigate several site specific permitting issues with the local planning board. During the construction process, we were involved with the implementation of the design and provided consulting services for the General Contractor.

We are particularly proud of this job, as it required in-depth analysis with many complex and unique systems, framing techniques, and construciton processes.
